The lay-out can be adapted to all your wishes and be fitted to an existing website. Pictura's graphicians are more than happy to design a new lay-out for your website. This way your archive can be reached by a much larger target group through people's home computers.

The basis of the CMS, a system that can manage the content of an entire website, is 'open source'. The power of using a CMS is that you yourself are in control of the lay-out and content of your site. An important added advantage is that you do not require any technical knowledge to manage the site. The CMS works according to the WYSIWYG principle, showing you exactly what you are making.

It is possible to manage your entire website in this CMS, because the technique, the content and the lay-out are separate parts. Using authorisations, you can allow specific people to manage specific parts of the site.

Pictura's Role
Pictura helps to set up the Memorix front-end and implement the front-end applications to which your website gives access (image, library, archive, audio, visual). It is possible to build a completely new website or to add pages to your existing site. You have final say in what is published on your site and how it is displayed. To let content managers get accustomed with the CMS we also organise courses and offer telephonic support.
