When we entered our submission for the European call for tenders a period of nervous waiting followed. The European call for tenders was for ‘digitizing and related services’ in Bergen op Zoom and we entered our submission on the 10th of July 2007. After we received the invitation in May of the same year our team went hard at work to prepare for the call for tenders and to collect and order the necessary documentation.

Although a call for tenders is a lot more work than an ‘ordinary’ business proposal, we were able to make Bergen op Zoom a good offer in a short period of time. If that results in being awarded the contract, then that is an excellent reason for a celebration.

The contract partners us to Bergen op Zoom for a period of four years and was signed on the 4th of September by Wim Reijnders, the director of historical centre The Markiezenhof in Bergen op Zoom and Onno Zaman of Pictura and we look forward to a long and pleasant cooperation.
