Logistics in a Transparent Web Based System
To keep track of production and logistics, Pictura uses a web based secure system (E-Synergy). Archive employees can follow the process, actively contribute, provide comments and give a digital signature on receipt. A management report is also available in the form of a production progress report. In this way, collection management for images, audiovisual sources, archives and libraries becomes available in an integral searchable system.

Safety First
Pictura has specially trained personnel, expertise is available for the entire track. We have climate controlled rooms in our depot for document storage. During transport and storage in the Pictura depot all originals are ensured through our all-risk museum insurance. Pictura uses a back-up procedure that leaves nothing to chance.
